The Team

Account Executives at Nowsta are focused, well organized, and goal oriented. Sales at Nowsta serves as the front-line in our customer engagement efforts, and is able to communicate Nowsta's unique value proposition in a compelling way to prospective customers.

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager with experience managing a fast growing team and selling into the Top 1%. You will be responsible for managing a team of Remote Enterprise Account Executives across the US. The ideal candidate has a history of building out a strong team and exceeding quotas.

In this role, you will:

  • Be a foundational member of a quickly growing sales team
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on strategy, training, and process for salespeople to achieve ambitious revenue goals
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews
  • Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with the sales team and leadership
  • Coach and develop direct reports all over the country
  • Participate directly in complex sales deals and late stage customer negotiations
  • Ensure the correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
  • Cross Collaboration with all parts of the Nowsta team, including customer success, marketing, Labor Market Operations, and product

You should:

  • Have at least six years of total software sales experience selling to a range of customer sizes
  • Have at least 3 years of prior management experience; experience selling an Operational business is a plus
  • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.)
  • Know how to navigate cross-functionally within an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with VP and C-Level decision makers (MEDDPIC is a plus)
  • Have experience in the early high growth stages of a startup
  • Have strong presentation skills; Executive level communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to mentor others
  • Be comfortable with traveling at least 25% of the time (post COVID-19)
