We are looking for:

Nowsta is looking for a hire performing Sales Enablement manager to join our fast growing team. Enablement is critical to the success and development of our high-growth SDR and Account Executive team and, as Nowsta’s first Sales Enablement hire, you’ll build the foundation and overarching enablement strategy in partnership with our VP of Sales. You will be responsible for supporting our SDR and AE teams with the knowledge, programs and training to help us increase productivity and to continue to scale. Cross functional in nature, you’ll work closely with Sales Management, Product and Revenue Operations to align your work with our overall go-to-market strategy.

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of sales enablement experience, you love the hustle of a startup and are a builder at heart.

Responsibilities:

  • Building a world-class training and enablement strategy
  • You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure reps develop and implement necessary skills
  • You will develop scalable deal reviews, QBRs & 2023 SKO
  • This person will design and deliver hybrid learning content and programs, tailored to our internal products and customers, to boost the Sales team’s knowledge and effectiveness. This includes providing the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams
  • Coordinate with product marketing and product team to ensure sales is prepared and enabled for product launches and enhancements

  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need
  • Improve and provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Ensure optimization of GTM tech stack via training and enablement
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team

Qualifications:

  • High-level proficiency/ tactical experience using Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Outreach, Workramp, and other Sales Enablement tools.
  • 5+ years experience in designing and delivering multiple training events in a sales environment (including Sales Kickoff events)
  • Have trained teams on sales techniques and been involved in delivering a sales methodology
  • Experience in onboarding new hires within a Sales or SDR role
  • Excellent presentation and delivery skills with prior facilitation and sales training experience with the ability to represent complex concepts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
