We are looking for an experienced marketer to lead our demand generation and digital marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for leading our digital customer acquisition and growth efforts by creating outbound strategies, launching and managing campaigns, optimizing our owned assets, and using analytics to measure, refine and optimize our performance.

  • Apply your distinctive level of subject matter expertise to develop and deliver performance marketing strategies and programs that generate leads, accelerate customer acquisition and customer value across channels.
  • Manage the setup, execution and reporting for cross-channel media campaigns; applying optimizations to continuously improve performance.
  • Keep a pulse on new media trends and bring recommendations of new channels and placements to use in campaigns.
  • Optimize our marketing automations to maximize the impact of our content by delivering it to the right people at the right time.
  • Own the full campaign process from start to finish - concept development through to reporting, with an emphasis on areas of success and improvement.
  • Be responsible for growing data lists for outbound with ownership of maintaining them - employing best practices in use cases.
  • Assist with content marketing strategies; from topic development to campaign deployment.
  • Assist with analytics setup to ensure accurate reporting data.


  • 5+ years of experience doing this role in a similar environment.
  • Passion for detail, analytics and optimization - learning how we can improve what we do and ability to execute on.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • A love of content and creating highly engaging multi-platform content that delivers results.
  • Campaign management, preferably with an agency.
  • Experience with all digital media platforms, including running ads with Google (PPC, Display, Analytics, Campaign Manager 360), Facebook / Instagram, LinkedIn. Experience with CDPs and DMPs a plus.
  • Is highly collaborative and comfortable working with people across different teams.
  • An ability to speak passionately about their work and communicate it effectively with leadership.
  • Experience working with agencies or freelancers to brief complex projects.
