We are currently looking for a responsible Labor Market Operations Manager to perform a variety of supervisory, client success, and managerial roles in the Hospitality Industry. We have incredible clients including massive sports venues, top hotels, and much more!
Duties of the Labor Market Hospitality Manager include providing support to our operations team, assisting in daily office needs and managing the flow of information between our company, our clients, and our recruitment sources. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to categorize their work using various software programs. As this role will require travel to and from client locations on a daily basis, candidates should have reliable transportation available.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports
  • Update and maintain company programs to reflect accurate information
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients and staff members
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Communicate with leadership and clients daily to streamline operations
  • Respond quickly to client needs, and travel to client sites around Miami to do so
  • Work closely with clients to ensure necessary information is provided to the company in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and new clients
  • Maintain flexible availability to adjust to business needs (work outside of hours or over the weekend as needed)

Skills Necessary:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, especially in managing hospitality-oriented businesses and people
  • Capable of working independently and within a team
  • Expert time-management skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Experience:
Hospitality Industry: 2- 4 years (Preferred)
Managerial: 2- 4 years
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Preferred)
