About The Role
The Marketing Director will serve as a key member of the Nowsta team, as we are at a pivotal point in our next phase of growth, and will oversee the entire marketing strategy and help execute upon it. S/he will develop and recommend integrated communication strategies, campaigns and programs to fulfill brand and sales objectives. The ideal candidate will create and deliver fully-integrated programs across marketing, advertising, digital, visual, communications and public relations to ensure maximum impact, efficiency and alignment across all company functions.
The Marketing Director will foster and build a marketing function that supports Nowsta's high-performance, high-creativity, and highly collaborative environment. This is an opportunity to build an iconic brand in a massive market that is only starting to adopt the evolution of Nowsta's competitive differentiators.
Increasing Nowsta's market share, maximizing revenues, and continuing to develop provoking industry-related thought leadership will be your goals.
What You'll Do
About You:
You have proven experience as a marketing leader, including ownership of growth P&L and marketing budget
You are an analytic - someone who is obsessed with quantifiable outcomes, and uses data to inform business decisions
You have thorough knowledge of and experience with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, marketing automation software etc.) and Google Adwords
You have outstanding leadership and people management skills with the ability to successfully motivate and challenge a team of talented and creative people at all levels of the organization
